Some parts of the UK have received more than its February average of rainfall just a couple days into the month such as Aboyne in Aberdeenshire.
Sadly, more rain is to be forecasted across the UK on Thursday & Friday with further rain warnings to come.
Yellow warnings have been put in place across the South of England, West Midlands and east Wales which runs until 21:00hours on Friday. It has been said that up to 20-39mm of rain is to be expected with 50mm across higher ground. Northern Ireland also has a warning in place until 23:59hours on Friday however a 10-20mm of rain is expected in most places but south facing hills could see up to 50mm.
A yellow warning for snow has been forecasted which comes into place from 15:00hours today until 03:00hours on Friday across higher ground in Derbyshire & Cheshire and hills of North of England.
Furthermore, the weekend looks dull, rainy and thankfully less windy. It has been said that the morning will look a little milder with fog.
